Cyber Guru Platform - Authentication service security upgrade

We will be performing a security upgrade of our authentication service during this maintenance window.
New logins may be unavailable for approximately 15–20 minutes at some point during the window. Users who are already logged in will not be affected, and all platform content remains available throughout the window.
This upgrade also allows us to restore the self-service password recovery feature, which was temporarily disabled as a precautionary security measure on August 25 (see the related incident).
